Who operates Bosonoo
These terms apply to Bosonoo’s website and workspace services. “Bosonoo”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Bosonoo Pty Ltd, ACN 699 900 019, ABN 60 699 900 019, NSW, Australia. Contact admin@bosonoo.com.
Use Bosonoo only if you accept these terms. You must be at least 16. If you are 16 or 17, use it with a parent or guardian’s permission and appropriate supervision. If you use it for an organisation, you must have authority to do so.
Our Privacy policy, Content policy and Security policy explain related practices. An order placed through the Store is also subject to the product, price, delivery and other terms shown for that order. These pages do not replace those order details.
Availability, accounts and workspace approval
Bosonoo is being released in stages. Only features offered to you in the service are available; a demonstration, development plan or mention in these terms is not a promise of availability.
Where registration is available, identity and sign-in are handled through Clerk. A verified identity is separate from permission to use a Bosonoo workspace. Workspace access can require an owner-approved request and can be pending, approved, declined or revoked. Store sign-in does not itself grant workspace access. Keep your sign-in methods secure and tell us if you suspect misuse.
Where shared sign-in is offered for the Store, it links a verified identity to a Store customer account. It does not automatically merge existing accounts merely because their email addresses match. Store sign-out does not necessarily sign you out of Bosonoo or Clerk elsewhere. A remaining shared sign-in session can sign you in again; check the sign-out instructions offered by the service.
Your files and saves
Temporary browser-local work is held in your browser profile and device. It can be lost if site data is cleared or evicted, private browsing ends, quota is exhausted, or the browser or device fails. Signing in does not automatically move this work to your Library. An available Library import creates the copy you confirm; it does not remove the temporary original.
Files uploaded or saved to the Library are processed and stored by Bosonoo’s services. Some editors and workflows save automatically. Check save and transfer status before closing or clearing work. A pending operation, recovery copy or export is not the same as a verified Library save, and recovery is not guaranteed. Keep an independent copy of important work.
You can give supported browser tools permission to access particular files or folders through the browser’s picker. This does not give Bosonoo unrestricted access to your computer. Saving to a chosen existing file can overwrite it. Use a copy when the original matters.
Editors, converters and experimental engine integrations can omit or change formatting, fonts, formulas, metadata, media, colours, accessibility or other features. A file can save successfully but still be incompatible with another application. Inspect important outputs and do not rely on Bosonoo alone for safety-critical or other high-consequence decisions or records.
AI and automated work
When offered, remote AI processes your prompt and relevant permitted context, which can include conversation history, files or excerpts, images, tool results and enabled memory. The Privacy policy explains this processing.
AI can use available tools within the permissions and scope granted for the task, including reading, creating or changing supported files. Your request and enabled capabilities can authorise a sequence of actions; you should not assume each action will receive a separate confirmation. Review the task scope, outputs and save status. AI can give inaccurate answers, miss evidence, make unwanted edits or produce material that resembles someone else’s work. Check facts, rights and suitability before relying on or sharing results.
Turning off a capability or stopping a task may prevent further work but cannot undo completed edits, cancel every in-flight provider request or recover every unsaved result. Use available history, recovery and export functions where appropriate.
Paid services and workflow limits
Where a paid feature is offered, the applicable price, billing basis, allowances and any recurring terms must be presented before you agree to the purchase. These terms do not set a price or create a subscription. Do not treat test credits, estimates or development examples as an offer of paid service.
AI and other jobs may reserve credits before starting. An estimate or reservation is not necessarily the final charge. Work already performed can remain chargeable if you stop or the final output is unsuccessful; uncertain provider outcomes may require reconciliation before a reservation is released. Contact us if a charge appears wrong. Statutory refund and other remedies remain available.
Where workflow spending settings are available, an optional workflow credit cap applies separately to each new workflow and is off unless configured. At the cap, a workflow can pause for Continue approval. Continuing waives that cap for the remainder of that run, including later resumptions. It does not increase storage allowances, grant new file permissions or approve unrelated destructive actions. The Library’s protected balance reserve still applies. A workflow cap is not an account-wide or subscription spending limit.
Content and software rights
You retain your existing rights in files and other content you provide. You give Bosonoo permission to store, process, copy, convert and transmit that content to the extent needed to carry out your instructions, operate and secure the relevant service, and comply with applicable law. Uploading a private file does not itself give other users permission to use it or authorise public publication.
Publishing or sharing, when available, can expose the selected content and its included assets or metadata to others. Follow the Content policy and the licence selected or displayed for the file. We do not promise that AI output is unique, copyright-protected or free of third-party rights.
Bosonoo’s original software, interfaces and branding are proprietary unless stated otherwise. Third-party components, including Blender components, retain their own licences and notices. Those licences and rights that cannot lawfully be restricted take precedence for the material they cover. Browser delivery does not change that distinction.
Fair use, changes and restrictions
Do not misuse the service, infringe rights, bypass access controls, interfere with other users or create unreasonable load. We may proportionately restrict a feature or account to address a material breach, security incident, legal obligation or operational problem. Urgent protection can require action without advance notice. You can contact us to question a restriction or seek help retrieving your work; retrieval may be limited by security, legal or technical constraints.
We may change the service and these terms. Material changes will be identified with an updated date and apply prospectively. A material change to an agreed paid service remains subject to the purchase terms and applicable law; this clause does not authorise arbitrary retrospective charges.
Consumer rights and contact
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee or other right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law. Experimental or free status does not itself remove those rights. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every file, but remain responsible for obligations imposed by applicable law.
New South Wales and applicable Commonwealth law govern these terms, subject to mandatory protections available to you elsewhere. The courts of New South Wales and applicable Commonwealth courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If a term cannot be enforced, the remaining terms continue to the extent lawful.
